- A written Marketing Calendar will be provided along with Current Market Data and any Lending Issues affecting our market.
- We will assist in staging your Property to attract Buyers.
- We recommend and will assist in arranging a pre-listing home inspection.
- All marketing materials (photos etc.) will be in place before your listing goes “live”.
- Your real estate will be placed in the local MLS and the Century 21 Corporate Information Exchange Portal which reaches 500+/- web sites including but not limited to: Century21.com, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, Youtube and our own Century21Butler.com.
- We will communicate with you in your preferred manner – phone, text or email - a minimum of once each week.
- We will discuss our marketing efforts and showing feedback when available. Market Activity and Pricing Data will be reviewed with you monthly.
- You will receive an email report of “Internet Activity” for your property at least once a month.
- We will provide available community information to prospective buyers.
- A seller net proceeds estimate will be provided at the time of an executed purchase contract.
Our number one priority is your complete satisfaction! If you are not 100% satisfied, and if we do not perform these guarantees, you may terminate your listing without further obligation.
